Lakes Bluegrass Festival

The Lakes Bluegrass Festival is owned and operated by the Pine River Area Foundation (PRAF), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to support, promote, and enhance the economic environment and quality of life of the greater Pine River MN area.
